SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

About the role

IPS PRECAST SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Pontian Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our projects.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for project’s monthly progress claim submission to the main contractors / clients;
• Evaluation and preparation of payment responses for sub-contractors and suppliers;
• Assist in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) for Contract Manager to do built-up costing of the precast work;
• Sourcing of quotations for rates or technical data or cast-in materials, moulds or other special items required for each project;
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tenders;
• Must have 3–4 years of working experience in the related field;
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
