Senior Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract)

We are looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in post-contract work within the real estate development sector for our client based in Dubai which is one of the largest semi government organization in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.

The role is within the Contract & Procurement department . As a post-contract quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for day-to-day functional leadership of estimating and quantity surveying skill sets to enable the organisation to achieve project delivery goals post-contract.
