Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established residential housebuilder. You will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple housing developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company profitability targets.
This is a hands-on role covering the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract through to final account.
