Our client is a well established and well respected contractor in the external redecoration and planned maintenance market in London and the Home Counties. With a turnover around £10m and a solid portfolio of reliable clients, this opportunity is one that offers security and excellent prospects for advancement.
if you have experience in looking after contracts from £200k - £2m with particular knowledge of external redecs and maintenance in the public and private sector then this role could be perfect.
The role will be all encompassing, including time on site looking after delivery and clients as well as some elements of Estimating and developing additional business opportunities with existing client base,
The job would suit a good, diligent QS who may have hit a glass ceiling in their existing role and feels ready to take a leading role in a commercial department and move towards directorship in the future.
