Responsibilities: Manage Pre-tender to Post-Contract stages, manage risk and control cost Monitor and respond to tender enquiries, analyze, review and prepare tender pricing analysis for Contract & Purchasing Manager's review. Highlight and list down deviations or special requirements during tender stage and clarify with Main Contractors, if necessary. Responsible for submission of tenders, prepare and manage contracts and highlight or advise on any contractual matters. Coordinates and arrange site visit (if necessary), to get relevant details required for Pre-tender stages. Prepare Tender Analysis upon every tender submission for management's information and review. Prepare contract documents, quantity take-off (if necessary), monitor variation work, provide cost estimation and manage cost information.
