**Senior Quantity Surveyor – Wakefield – Groundworks/Civils - £70k + Package**
Do you have groundworks, infrastructure or civil engineering Quantity Surveying experience? Are you looking to join a financially stable, large and growing organisation which has managed to maintain its family owned vibe?
This company has been established for over 45 years and has both a building and civil engineering division.
The Civil Engineering division is going from strength to strength through gaining repeat business and new clients across Housing Developers, Local Authorities, Private Commercial Developers and Main Contractors. They work on schemes up to £10m in value and currently have a team of 5 commercial staff.
Due to winning yet even more work, they are looking to bolster their team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage their own projects which could under a range of JCT or NEC contracts.
Over 25% of the workforce has been with the company for over 10 year...
