Manage all commercial aspects of the project including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyse subcontractor and supplier orders, bids, and negotiations.
Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contract Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
Relevant qualifications such as RICS accreditation or equivalent.
Comprehensive knowledge of NEC or JCT contract procedures and good proficiency in commercial tools.
