Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RAN Optimization Engineer to support a large scale, multi‑vendor optimization program for a UK operator. The role is fully remote from Brazil, working closely with technical leadership and cross‑functional teams in Europe. Responsibilities RAN Optimization & Performance Analysis: Execute detailed optimization activities across 2G/4G/5G; Analyze and improve KPIs, mobility performance, and user experience; Perform parameter tuning and feature validation across Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, and Samsung networks; Support cluster optimization and acceptance activities. Drive Test Analysis: Analyze DT logs (Xcap); Identify coverage, quality, mobility, and throughput issues; Produce clear action plans and follow‑up recommendations.
