Job Title: Senior R&D Associate / Assistant Manager

General ContextWith the new BU organization in place, we will be focusing aggressively on driving growth in Oral Care in India. The role involves working with cross functional teams to drive the oral care agenda and the category deliverables. Major part of the role will consist of Claims Management, however the candidate will also have the opportunity of working on innovation projects. It will provide excellent exposure to the India PC leadership team and an opportunity to contribute to implementing the strategy to make a real difference to the business.Your ResponsibilitiesThe job responsibilities would include• Working on the claims strategy for innovation projects and H1 projects.• Development of methods for claim substantiation• Developing formulations and landing them in market alongwith the claims• Building plans for new consumer studies for claims substantiation.• Driving the claims...
