• Demonstrate solid competence in technologies, tools and methods in our own specialist area through solving complex industrial problems. Maintain recognized expertise in specific areas by externally reviewing current technologies.
• Provide technical leadership in the design of transformers for R&D initiatives.
• Developing new ideas and supporting different technology projects with your electrical design expertise.

• Contributing to the development of engineering standards and procedures for transformer design and manufacturing.
