Responsibilities

Frontend Architecture & State Management

• Design and own the frontend architecture using Next.js or Vite
• Define and implement state management strategies using React Context, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand , based on application needs

Component Engineering & Design Systems

• Build and maintain a high-quality Design System or reusable component library
• Ensure components are modular, accessible (WCAG compliant), and strictly typed with TypeScript

Performance Optimization

• Own and continuously improve Core Web Vitals
