Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations and sales processes for high-value properties in Dubai.

• Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline.
• Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio.
• Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach.
• Provide expert market analysis and advise clients on property investments.
• Stay informed of real estate trends and legal regulations affecting the market.
• Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven real estate brokerage experience, preferably in a major city or competitive market.
• A track record of successful property transactions, particularly high-value deals.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
