Responsibilities

  • Full‑cycle recruitment activities – from understanding hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, to managing selection and offer processes
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring plans and ensure timely delivery of quality hires
  • Assess current recruitment workflows, identify pain points, and recommend practical improvements
  • Coach and support junior recruiters through on‑the‑job guidance and sharing of best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive recruitment‑related projects that enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve

Qualifications
