Our founding team is looking for a sharp recruiter who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments. You’ve successfully hired across multiple functions and have a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles. You excel at building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, while maintaining a data-driven approach to sourcing top talent. We’d love to hear from you!
Your mission is to
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing, often for critical early hires in engineering and operations.
- Own the data-driven hiring processes, interview loops, scorecards, and ATS usage.
