Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will take ownership of hiring goals, bring a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and contribute to building an exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across IT and Non-IT domains: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job specifications.

  • Use advanced sourcing techniques including boolean searches, social media recruitment, and employee referrals.

  • Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns, helping improve sourcing strategies and interview techniques.

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.) to ensure efficient hiring processes.

  • Provide market intelligence and advise on talent availability and hiring trends.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.



Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.

  • Proficiency with recruitment tools like Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, Naukri, or other ATS/CRMs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work independently.

  • Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members.
