LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a great healthcare client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience recruiting at a high level, preferably for healthcare. Work Type: Full time, direct hire, onsite Compensation: $70-80k/year Senior Recruiter - Job Description Responsibilities Lead full?cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, create job postings, and drive hiring strategies. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidates through each hiring stage. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate consistently with candidates and teams. Manage ATS updates, candidate pipelines, and recruitment reports. Conduct reference checks, background checks, and support offer preparation. Improve recruitment processes to reduce time?to?fill and strengthen candidate experience. Represent the organization at hiring events, job fairs, and external partnerships. Mentor junior recruiters or coordinators as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). 4 years of full?cycle recruiting experience in high?volume or multi?discipline environments. Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and passive candidate outreach. Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Taleo). Excellent communication, organization, and relationship?building skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment. HR certifications (PHR, SHRM?CP) a plus.
