Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop job descriptions, create postings, and manage recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Conduct resume screening, candidate assessment, and initial interviews to shortlist suitable profiles.
- Leverage X-ray searches, Boolean searches, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify niche candidates.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers, project leads, and department heads to understand role requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, interview progress, and hiring timelines.
Candidate Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
