Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop job descriptions, create postings, and manage recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Conduct resume screening, candidate assessment, and initial interviews to shortlist suitable profiles.
Leverage X-ray searches, Boolean searches, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify niche candidates.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hiring managers, project leads, and department heads to understand role requirements.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, interview progress, and hiring timelines.
Candidate Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
