Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Develop job descriptions, create postings, and manage recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Conduct resume screening, candidate assessment, and initial interviews to shortlist suitable profiles.
• Leverage X-ray searches, Boolean searches, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify niche candidates.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with hiring managers, project leads, and department heads to understand role requirements.
