Role Overview:
- As a Sr. Manager – Recruitment, you will be responsible for end-to-end leadership hiring, talent strategy, stakeholder management, and building strong recruitment frameworks aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Leadership Hiring across functions and business units
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning and talent needs
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies for niche and leadership positions
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing recruitment teams
- Ensure strong employer branding and candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures with quality hires
Desired Profile:
- Extensive experience in Leadership / Senior-level Hiring
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven expertise in strategic recruitment planning and execution
- Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in large-scale or matrix organizations preferred
