Senior Recruitment Specialist

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across various functions or departments. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. The Senior Recruiter also mentors junior recruiters, drives process improvements, and contributes to the organization’s overall talent acquisition strategy.
