The Opportunity

As a Senior Regional HSEQ Manager , you'll play a key leadership role in driving Zero Harm excellence across our Energy & Utilities business. Partnering with operational leaders, you will embed a consistent and mature Zero Harm culture through proactive strategies, coaching, innovation, and best practice risk management.

You will work as a trusted business partner supporting, advising, and influencing at all levels to ensure our teams thrive while delivering safe, sustainable, and high quality outcomes for the communities we serve.

This is a senior role that champions a visible HSEQ presence, provides insight through meaningful reporting and analytics, leads incident investigations, shapes compliance, and facilitates continual improvement aligned with the Downer Standard.
