The Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing, tech-enabled logistics platform expanding across Southeast Asia. In the Philippines, the business is scaling its VIP account management and customer experience capabilities for high-value enterprise clients.

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to lead a team of account managers and executives, nurture VIP client relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to ensure exceptional service and revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives to deliver world-class client service
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with VIP accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
• Use data analytics (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track account performance, identify trends, and drive action
