About the Job: We are seeking an Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) with a strong background in Scrum Mastery, Release Management, and DevOps enablement to support a fast‑paced retail delivery environment. This role will act as the central delivery and release orchestrator , ensuring seamless coordination across Agile teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

The RTE will drive complex releases by enabling automation, improving flow through CI/CD pipelines, and enforcing release governance—while providing transparency to leadership on delivery health, risks, and release readiness.
