The client below is a leading technology company offering a range of IT solutions to businesses and organizations, enabling them to transform their digital futures </div> <div> </div> <div><b>Position: Senior Representative, Business Operations</b></div> <div> <div><b>Location: Bangalore</b></div> <div><b>Duration: 6 Months </b></div> <div><b>Job Type: Contract </b></div> <div><b>Work Type: Onsite</b></div> <div><b>Shift Timings: Rotational shift</b></div> <div> </div> <div><b>Job Description</b>:</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Roles and Responsibilities: </b></div> <div> <ul> <li>Ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed within prescribed SLA parameters.</li> <li>Work effectively on CRM applications to manage and track deliverables.</li> <li>Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely follow-up.</li> <li>Actively participate in team meetings, coordinating and collaborating with colleagues.</li> <li>Assist co-workers and share business updates, fostering a collaborative team environment.</li> <li>Be flexible to work across time zones, timelines, and extended hours as required.</li> </ul> <div><b>Essential Requirements</b></div> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills (oral and written).</li> <li>Quick learner with a positive attitude.</li> <li>Team players with the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment.</li> <li>Graduate (non-technical) with 0.9 1 year of work experience.</li> <li>Flexibility of working in shifts</li> </ul> <div><b>Mandatory Skills (3 must have):</b></div> <div> </div> <div><b>Mandatory Skills</b> </div> <ul> <li>Decent Communication skill (Oral & Written)</li> <li>Quick Learner / Attitude</li> <li>Efficient / Proactive / Flexibility</li> <li>Previous experience in CRM including experience not limited to hands-on with SAP and Salesforce for case handling and workflow updates. </li> <li>Skilled in maintaining accurate records and completing end to end processes.</li> <li>Strong experience in transaction processing and data management while handling high volume tasks like validation, documentation, and reconciliation.</li> <li>Specialized in non-voice operational support, including email processing, CRM updates, documentation handling, and workflow monitoring.
