Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】This is a pharmacologist position developing antibody therapeutics, such as T cell engager for treating cancer based on deeper understanding of modulating T cell activation. The position holder will have responsibility of own pharmacology studies, drive pharmacological study and report to pharmacology lead and Research Lead in each project. The pharmacological study includes in vitro and in vivo preclinical study to evaluate anti-tumor activities and MOA analysis of drug candidates for IND submission.【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】（雇入れ直後）1.
