WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Full-Time Senior Resident Engineer/Construction Manager for** our **Tempe, Arizona** office. Be involved in projects with our **Construction Management Team** and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges
**Your Impact**
**_Pre-construction phase:_**
+ Conduct constructability reviews of design documents
+ Provide cost estimating and budget development
+ Help with bid package preparation and contractor selection
+ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants
+ Scheduling and coordinating Pre-construction and Partnering meetings
**_Construction phase:_**
+ Monitor project progress against schedule and budget
+ Identify and manage potential risks
+ Review change orders and recommend approvals
+ Oversee quality control and safety compliance
