Senior Benchsales Recuriter:


Key Responsibilities

  • Market bench candidates (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and Citizens) across multiple IT technologies to prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Generate 25–30 quality submissions per week with a focus on accuracy, speed, and candidate suitability.
  • Ensure at least one successful placement (closure) per month.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct client account managers, vendor business development teams, and implementation partners.
  • Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients to meet company margins.
  • Track all submissions, interviews, and closures in CRM/ATS systems.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to match bench candidates with open job requirements.
