Senior Benchsales Recuriter:
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench candidates (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and Citizens) across multiple IT technologies to prime vendors and direct clients.
- Generate 25–30 quality submissions per week with a focus on accuracy, speed, and candidate suitability.
- Ensure at least one successful placement (closure) per month.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct client account managers, vendor business development teams, and implementation partners.
- Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients to meet company margins.
- Track all submissions, interviews, and closures in CRM/ATS systems.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to match bench candidates with open job requirements.
