Senior Retail Manager – Home & Fashion

Our client is looking for a Senior Retail Manager to join their premium Home & Fashion store in Mayo. The ideal candidate will have proven senior management or operations management experience, ideally within the fashion, home, or interiors sectors.

This role also requires experience with online retail or web operations, coupled with merchandising expertise, though we are open to candidates with strong retail management experience and a genuine passion for home and interiors.

Duties of this role include:

  • Manage store performance, sales, and profitability while achieving commercial targets.

  • Lead, develop, and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Ensure a consistent premium shopping experience in-store and online.
