Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance and support to all departmental staff to deliver efficient services in line with ISS and Trust standards. Maintain full compliance with Hospital Food Standards, Government Buying Standards, Food Standards Guidance and all relevant catering legislation. Build and sustain effective working relationships with Trust staff, patients, customers and external stakeholders.
