Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Revenue Strategy Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is critical to driving data-informed decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company with a product-led growth (PLG) model serving SMB customers. You will translate complex data into actionable insights to optimize revenue performance, drive pipeline efficiency, and inform strategic GTM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Forecasting & Modeling: Build and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-term financial models to inform strategic planning.
  • Pipeline & Conversion Analytics: Analyze end-to-end funnel performance, including conversion rates, deal velocity and pipeline health, to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Pricing, Packaging & Monetization: Evaluate pricing strategy, packaging, and monetization levers in partnership with Finance and Product to maximize revenue, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Capacity, Quota & Incentive Support: Support sales capacity modelling, quota setting, and incentive analysis to ensure alignment between revenue targets and resourcing.
  • Predictive Analytics & Funnel Prioritization: Develop data-driven insights to prioritize leads, accounts, and segments with the highest expected revenue impact.
  • Top-of-Funnel Attribution: Design and maintain attribution frameworks to measure the effectiveness of marketing and demand generation efforts across the funnel.
  • Revenue Performance Diagnostics: Conduct cross-functional revenue performance analyses across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to surface risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to RevOps, Finance, and GTM leadership, by delivering insights and recommendations that drive revenue strategy and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years in Revenue Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Analytics roles within B2B SaaS environments; PLG experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in forecasting, modeling, and data visualization
  • Expertise in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present insights to executive and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in scaling-stage SaaS companies serving SMB customers is a plus
