Job Description

We are hiring a Senior RF / Analog IC Design Engineer to develop integrated circuits for SATCOM phased-array antenna systems. The role focuses on the design of RF and microwave ICs in CMOS or related technologies , targeting transmit, receive, and beamforming functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and tape-out RF/analog and mmWave ICs in CMOS or equivalent technologies
  • Develop building blocks such as LNAs, PAs, , phase shifters, VGAs, mixers , and T/R front-end circuits
  • Support phased-array and SATCOM system architectures, including beamforming and calibration concepts
  • Perform circuit-level simulation, layout guidance, and post-layout verification
  • Lead silicon bring-up, lab characterization, and root-cause debugging of performance issues (stability, noise, loss, linearity)
