Job Purpose
The Enterprise Risk Department is an independent, second-line risk function that develops and manages the framework for identifying, assessing and reporting risks and covers all risks faced by the clearing house, including financial, liquidity, credit, operational, and legal, regulatory and compliance risks.
The Senior Risk Analyst will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management Department (ERM) Department and assist in the execution and oversight of risk frameworks implemented within the North American Clearinghouses. Responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and reporting risk metrics in relation to risk appetite; monitoring operational incidents, maintaining the clearinghouse risk register and performing risk and control assessments that feed into the risk register; and collation of risk reporting for Risk and Board committees.
