About the Opportunity

A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Risk and Compliance Manager to join its senior leadership team. This is a critical role responsible for safeguarding the firm's operations, strengthening its risk culture, and ensuring compliance across all regulatory, client and governance obligations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role partners closely with the Board, executive leadership and key stakeholders to proactively identify, assess and mitigate risk across the organisation. A major focus in FY26 will be the introduction and implementation of the AML/CTF regime, making this a highly visible and strategically important appointment.
