Senior RPA (UiPath) Developer/Lead

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience : Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development and implementation
• Certifications : UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect certification (preferred, or must obtain within 12 months)
• Platform Expertise : Demonstrated expertise with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and deployment of enterprise-scale automations
• Leadership : Proven track record of leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and managing complex projects
• Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions
