About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our SDR team in the UKI region. As a Sales Team Lead, you'll be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 8 outbound SDRs, helping them develop their skills and generate pipeline. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to create playbooks, scripts, and materials that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of up to 8 Outbound SDRs
- Cross-functional communication with Sales teams on goals feedback strategies
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has extensive experience in outbound sales/sales development and can successfully manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing opportunities.
