About Us
We are a recruitment firm founded in Australia looking for a senior SDR to join our growing team. We work exclusively with Healthcare Business Owners to solve one of their biggest problems which is getting the right people to their team.
The Role
You’ll be the person responsible to generate leads as well as qualify them to be ready for the consultant. You will also be responsible from research to sales accountability each month. This role has a potential to be promoted to be the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email sequencing
- Research each segment or business owners
- Identify hiring needs, urgency, and decision authority
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Book quality meetings (not volume-based)
