About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to drive pipeline growth in the US market. You will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and setting up qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers for our custom software development services.
This is a high-ownership role where you will work directly with founders to build our US sales engine.
Responsibilities
- Own the US outbound playbook: Co-create the inside sales strategy with founders - channels, sequences, messaging, and target segments
- Build and refine the prospecting engine: Design outbound campaigns, test what works, double down on winners, kill what doesn't
- Run multi-channel outreach at scale: Email, LinkedIn, cold calls - whatever it takes to get in front of the right decision-makers
- Hit your numbers: Own the qualified meetings target. You're accountable for pipeline, not activity.
- Be the voice of the market: Feed insights back to founders on what resonates, what objections come up, and where we should focus
- Build for scale: Document what works so we can replicate it when the team grows
Requirements
- Atleast 3+ years of inside sales experience selling custom software development / IT services to US market
- Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through outbound outreach
- Experience with multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
- Strong understanding of enterprise software buying process
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable working US time zones (EST/PST overlap)
- Experience selling to mid-market companies ($50M+ revenue)
- Background in IT Services, custom development, or digital transformation sales
