Job Description
As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in the consultation, development, and delivery of training programs for our Revenue and partner teams. Through project management, the development of continuous measurable enablement initiatives, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering measurable revenue impact through skills, knowledge, and process enablement. Additionally, you will be responsible for enablement initiatives for our key global partners.
What You'll Do
1. Stakeholder Management & Field Readiness Enablement
- Serve as a trusted, data-driven enablement partner to Sales and GTM leaders, using performance insights to inform recommendations and readiness priorities.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure knowledge is effectively activated in the field, driving seller confidence and execution.
