Overview: This position will support the B2B Sales department for Plenitude on The Road, overseeing engineering, installation, maintenance, budgeting, and commissioning of charging stations, as well as defining product strategy and coordinating distributors, producers, and installers.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales team support: Preparation and management of sales documentation (quotes, contracts, technical data sheets) in support of the sales force.
- Price management: Verifying and updating prices in coordination with the sales team, ensuring consistency with pricing policies and customer agreements.
- Invoicing control and coordination: Supervising the correct issuance of invoices in collaboration with Administration, Finance, and Control team, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal procedures.
- Use of business systems: Operating within tools and platforms such as SAP and internal CRM to ensure efficient management of administrative processes.
Education and Experience
Professional experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar positions, preferably in electric mobility, renewable energy, or technological infrastructure sectors.
- Technical knowledge: Knowledge of electric charging technologies (AC/DC, slow and fast charging) and electrical systems in general, as well as Spanish regulations on low, medium, and high-voltage electrical installations.
- Interpersonal and commercial skills: Ability to prepare technical bids, collaborate with sales teams, and establish and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Education: University degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related fields, or Advanced Vocational Training in electricity, electronics or related fields, or demonstrable equivalent experience in electrical project management and technical-commercial support.
