Job OverviewAs a Sales Engineer at Accedo, you will be a key player in assisting our Sales team to devise and present compelling technical and commercial proposals. You will act as the crucial technical bridge between our customers and our internal teams, leveraging Accedo's innovative, market‐leading OTT video solutions to solve complex challenges for the world's leading media companies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated technical support to the Sales team throughout the pre‐sales cycle
Engage with customers and prospects to deeply understand their strategic business needs, technology platforms, system architecture, and technical requirements
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Delivery, Design, Operations and other internal teams to assess bid feasibility and design appropriate solution proposals with accurate delivery estimates
