Job Decription:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to support business development, manage client coordination, and drive sales growth. The role involves handling enquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and coordinating with internal teams for order execution.
Key Responsibility
- Maximize business profitability through the implementation of effective sales strategies
- Analyze and assess customer requirements, market demand, and competitive landscape
- Develop and present innovative sales ideas and strategies
- Conduct marketing activities including product presentations and providing technical expertise to prospective end-users
- Follow up on enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire business cycle
- Carry out field visits and maintain regular client interactions
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Monitor and report sales performance along with customer feedback
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate new leads and strengthen brand visibility
- Manage end-to-end sales and customer service activities
Candidate Profile:
- BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical or related engineering field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (engineering/manufacturing industry preferred)
- Basic understanding of techno-commercial sales processes
Required Skills
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand technical products and client requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pharma equipment / industrial machinery / B2B sales
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions
