**Job Summary**



This strategic role is focused on driving new business growth for the Machinery Health Management (MHM) Protection portfolio in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkmenistan within the TTAG region. The primary objective is to proactively identify, develop and win new projects and modernization opportunities across existing and new customers. While strong customer relationships are essential for this role, the focus is on new business and converting leads to tangible wins. The MHM Protection Sales will closely work with the Account Sales team, who are responsible for maintaining Long-term relationships with our customers. This role complements their efforts by focusing on project-based selling, opportunity creation, and strategic pursuit of growth initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-driven, results oriented professional with a “hunter” mindset, capable of navigating complex customer environments and driving results.
