Role Description
Position: senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Industrial Automation & Networking
Locations: Navi Mumbai & Bangalore
Experience: 2 to 7 years
We are seeking a highly driven and technically strong Sales Engineer / Manager to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate will combine solid technical knowledge with strong sales acumen, playing a key role in promoting our industrial networking solutions,
developing new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in industrial automation and networking
• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Manage regional sales activities, meet revenue targets, and support project pursuits
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams for seamless project execution
Key Requirements
• 2-7 years of proven sales experience in Industrial Automation or Industrial Networking
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering/BSc (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science) or related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-engagement skills
• Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset
• Experience in networking, automation, or IT solutions will be an added advantage
