Job Title: Sales Executive – FMCG / General Trade
Location: Kolkata, Barrackpore, Barasat, Howrah, Serampore, Chandannagar, Baruipur, Baranagar, Madhyamgram, Dumdum, Naihati
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA



Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to handle FMCG/General Trade sales in Kolkata. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and managing a team of Market Growth Representatives (MGRs).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)

  • Lead & support a team of MGRs

  • Open new outlets & maintain good retailer relationships

  • Ensure in-store visibility and merchandising

  • Track company assets (coolers, POS materials)

  • Handle discounts, credit, and claims at the outlet level



Requirements

  • Qualifications: Graduation / MBA
  • Experience: Minimum 3years and above in FMCG Sales
  • Continuous travel within the designated area 90% Travel in a month
  • Male candidates preferred
  • Age should be 45years or below.
  • Should have handled 5 or above team members
