Key Responsibilities

  • Support identification and engagement of new customer opportunities across government, statutory board, and enterprise accounts
  • Understand customer security & operational requirements
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution presentations in coordination with engineering teams
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide product/solution information
  • Update and manage sales and tender pipeline
  • Support post-award activities, including project handover and client follow-up
  • Assist in tender preparation and submission, including gathering documents, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting proposal/pricing documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
  • 1–3 years B2B sales experience (security, IT preferred)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
