Job Description

  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Explain the customers about the properties.
  • Develop Money Tree Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
  • Build good Working relationship with Clients Calling on leads provided by the company
  • Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
  • Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis
  • Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller
  • Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller
  • Understand the core values of the company and its goals.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Corporate Banking, Real Estate and Retail Banking industry.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
