Relevant Experience: 10–15 years in Digital Media / AdTech / OOH sales , with 5+ years in a regional leadership role.
Job Location: Gurugram/ Delhi NCR
Qualification: MBA or equivalent preferred; strong communication and presentation skills are a must.
About the Role:
The Senior Sales Leader - North Region will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and client success in the North India market.
This is a front-line sales leadership role — perfect for a high-performing business builder who thrives on creating new opportunities, winning key accounts, and scaling Lemma’s presence across agencies and brands.
You will own the full regional sales P&L, lead a growing sales team, and work closely with supply, product, and operations teams to deliver campaigns that drive measurable impact
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets for the North India region .
- Drive full-funnel sales — from prospecting → pitching → closing → renewals .
- Build a robust pipeline across agency and brand-direct clients.
- Manage deal conversions, pricing strategy, and account profitability.
Market Expansion & Client Acquisition
- Identify new business opportunities across key verticals: FMCG, BFSI, Auto, E-commerce, and Tech.
- Build strategic relationships with agency trading desks, outdoor specialists, and media planners .
- Partner with key brands to unlock always-on and programmatic DOOH budgets .
- Develop region-specific GTM plans to capture untapped city markets.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales and account management team to exceed targets.
- Create a culture of hunting, client obsession, and accountability .
- Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline audits, and performance check-ins.
- Work closely with the CBO to plan team structure, incentives, and expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Supply and AdOps to ensure smooth campaign delivery and optimized screen inventory utilization.
- Work with Marketing for client events, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Provide client insights to the Product team to refine Lemma’s tech stack and features.
Data-Driven Selling
- Leverage Lemma’s analytics and audience data to build consultative, insight-led pitches .
- Track campaign performance and demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Present business reviews showcasing performance uplift and incremental reach.

Proven Track Record - Consistent achievement of sales quotas , expansion of enterprise accounts, and team leadership.
Industry Network - Strong connects with media agencies, CMOs, and digital trading teams in North India.

Analytical Acumen - Strong grasp of programmatic ecosystem, audience targeting, and measurement metrics.
