Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our FPGA & ACC (Accelerator) Business Unit in Japan.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in sales, business development, and engineering services, with a strong understanding of FPGA, accelerators, and offshore development contracts.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can engage with

Japanese customers, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

o Develop and execute sales strategies for FPGA and accelerator solutions.

o Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in the Japanese

market.

o Manage key accounts, establish long-term relationships, and maintain strong

customer engagement.



 Engineering Services & ODC Contracts:

o Leverage past experience in ODC (Offshore Development Center) contracts to

offer tailored solutions to Japanese clients.

o Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized services and

solutions.

o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.



 Market Expansion & Customer Engagement:

o Work closely with Japanese customers to understand their technical and

business needs.

o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

o Build relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at

semiconductor and accelerator companies.



 Collaboration with Internal Teams:

o Work with R&D and engineering teams to align solutions with customer

needs.

o Coordinate with global sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent

branding and messaging.

o Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product roadmap

and service offerings.

Required Qualifications:

 Experience: 15-20 years in sales, business development, or account management in

the semiconductor/FPGA/accelerator domain.



 Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of FPGA, accelerators, and related

engineering services.

 ODC & Engineering Contracts: Proven experience handling Offshore Development

Center (ODC) contracts and engineering services in Japan.

 Language Skills: Native/Fluent Japanese, Business-level English.

 Industry Network: Strong connections within the Japanese semiconductor and

engineering industry.

 Sales Expertise: Proven track record in closing large deals and managing complex

sales cycles.
