Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships with agencies, and establishing CVSYNK as a leading solution in the recruitment technology space.
Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead sales strategy and execution to drive revenue growth
• Identify, engage and acquire corporate clients across industries
• Build and nurture strong relationships with recruitment agencies and manpower consultancies
• Develop strategic partnerships with job portals and HR tech platforms
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Represent CVSYNK at industry events, conferences and networking forums
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience in HR technology, job portals, recruitment solutions or staffing industry
• Proven track record of working with or selling to job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri (Naukri.com), Shine.com, Foundit (formerly Monster India), Apna, or similar platforms
• Strong existing network with HR heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, recruitment agencies and corporate decision-makers
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong business acumen and consultative selling approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)

Work Arrangement
• Workplace Type: Hybrid
• Work from office in your respective state/city
• If based outside Goa: Mandatory monthly reporting to Goa office (once per month)
• Travel Requirement: 30% travel for client meetings, partnerships and business development
